I would like to thank you for making a very sad and difficult experience bearable. You were so kind when you explained everything over the phone. When your workers came to pick up my father they were so sweet and waited an extra 1/2 hr. for my son to get there and say his goodbyes. Everyone was so professional. Thank you!
